Return Period: Customers may return kits within 30 days of purchase.
Condition for Return: Kits must be in good condition, used only for initial testing, and repackaged in their original packaging. Please note that if the adhesive has been opened, the kits cannot be returned. This is because once opened, the adhesive is compromised and cannot be resold. Your understanding and compliance with this policy are appreciated to maintain product integrity and quality.
Processing Fee: A 3% processing fee, covering non-refundable PayPal charges, will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Process: Refunds are processed upon carrier receipt of the returned item, with a credit issued to the original payment method, minus the 3% fee.
Additional Information: In many cases, we can offer free returns within the 30-day timeframe. However, in some instances, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. These fees can vary depending on factors such as the size and weight of the package, the closest distribution point, available reps, and potential reroutes. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
