Condition for Return: Returned items must be in good condition, used only for initial testing, and repackaged in their original packaging.
Processing Fee: A 3% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable PayPal transaction charges.
Return Shipping: Return shipping fees vary by product. In some cases, return shipping is waived. However, due to the size and weight of these ramps, a return shipping fee of up to 15% may apply. This helps offset the cost of both the original shipment and the return shipment—even if the order qualified for “Free Shipping” initially.
