To ensure we fulfill your order promptly, in some cases, products may be sourced from trusted suppliers when our inventory is low. Return Policy
Return Policy: Customers may return ramps within 30 days of purchase.
Condition for Return: Ramps must be in good condition, used only for initial testing, and repackaged in the original packaging.
Processing Fee: A 3% processing fee, covering non-refundable PayPal charges, will be deducted from the refund.
Restocking Fee: Once an item has shipped, a 7% restocking fee will apply to all returned items. This helps offset a portion of the original shipping, handling, and return costs, as these ramps are large and costly to ship—even when "Free Shipping" was initially provided.

Once your return has been dropped off with the carrier (or picked up, if this option is available), please reach out to us with confirmation. We will then process your refund to the original payment method, minus the above-mentioned fee.
