Shipping
Items generally ship within 3-5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.
Return Policy
Return Policy: Customers may return ramps within 30 days of purchase. However, once the item has shipped, customers are responsible for a restocking fee of 7% on all returned items. This fee helps cover a portion of the original cost of shipping as well as return shipping costs, as these ramps are heavy and not inexpensive to ship, even if "Free Shipping" was offered initially.
Condition for Return: Ramps must be in good condition, used only for initial testing, and repackaged in the original packaging.
Processing Fee: A 3% processing fee, covering non-refundable PayPal charges, will also be deducted from the refund.

Once your return has been dropped off with the carrier (or picked up, if this option is available), please reach out to us with confirmation. We will then process your refund to the original payment method, minus the above-mentioned fees.
