Wear gloves – glue is very strong

Wear gloves! I got the glue on my hands from the trowel and had to use paint thinner with a towel to scrape it off. This stuff is very strong. But in the end that’s a good thing.. it seems very durable so far and it was nice to be able to shape it to fit my curb.

Great for when you have kids

After looking and looking at premade driveway ramps that would not fit my curb I came across Curb Ramp. I just made my second ramp (I used a metal paint mixer powered by a drill this time) and that made it a lot easier to mix. It is so nice just gliding onto the driveway now, especially when the kid is asleep in the back of the car. The only “issue” is having to remember everyone else does not have a driveway ramp.

Ordered two kits originally then got a third to extend it out

I ordered two kits and it wasn’t quite enough length for the depth I needed so I bought a third and extended my ramp out on both ends. It bonded surprisingly well to what I had laid previously, I was a little worried about that. I should have known two would be cutting it close as deep as my curb is but I tried.. other people’s might not be as deep. I’d say five stars on the quality but three on cost (a little pricey for me with the third kit), so four stars I think is fair. Hopefully this lasts forever!
